This city, to the east of Tigris, is a merchant settlement and outpost on the edges of the Savage Plains. Outside the city, the Eastern Barbarian have their modest settlements. These barbarians aid the people of the city whenever necessary, and help them to protect their city from Central Barbarian raids.
