Port Cheetah

Port Cheetah is the capital of the Loyalty of Myasicar, also called Rahajad. It is one of the most exotic ports on the continent, with golden spires and white marble towers soaring over the city. Many merchant companies now visit this port for it's unique products, like spices, incense, tapestries, silk, and other crafts and arts. The Cheetah Bazaar is famous for it's ample selection of Rahajadian goods.

The Temple of Huseiran is in the center of the city. This vast temple is built in such splendor that it has been compared with the greatest structures on the continent. Also of note is the Palace of Zakesh Meseir, which is located few kilometers from the city. This edifice, surrounded by gardens and ponds, is the home of the Shah of Rahajad.

The Empire has provided militia support to the nation of Rahajad for nearly six centuries, and has gained a remarkable degree of political influence as a result of this. Although the majority of the local populace supports the Imperial presence, there are various religious factions who are determined to banish them forever. These factions have planned to either use Rahajad's militia to accomplish this, which is unlikely to happen, or to call on the entire nation to unite in a holy war against the Empire.

On a hill at the northern end of the sea port is an Imperial stronghold called Redwall Keep. It overlooks not only the activity on the port, but has a superior view of the sea. It is here that the Commander of the Northern Militia resides, and it is also here that the Commander of the Northern Navy spends his time on land.

School of Honor / Located off the beaches in the north of the city, the School of Honor teaches the Kaj Miran sword style. It is a simple stone structure, with a single chamber and domed roof. Stone sculptures on the wall and ceiling surrounding the chamber depict each of the masters of the art during the last four hundred years. ..................................................................................................................................................

Tassle's Tavern / Behind the Port Tax Collector is a small, run-down tavern. The wooden sign over the narrow doorway reads "Tassle's Imperial Retreat". Known to most simply as Tassle's Tavern, this establishment is usually empty, and offers only a few traditional drinks and foods from Catalania City. Inside the dark room are old paintings of landmarks in Catalania. Still, every once in while, it is frequented by high ranking officers of the Imperial Militia, and on occasions, the Commander of the Northern Militia himself. ..................................................................................................................................................

Ferikar Al Derrak / This great hall and adjoining tent is perhaps the most popular eating establishment in Port Cheetah. Local merchants, nomads, farmers, and even the local guard spend hours in this brightly lit, joyful place. Every table is always supplied freshly baked Sajir, and the barmaids serve Gashran and Jirroul, as well as a few Catalanian favorites. Behind the counter in the hall are various long spits over fires where Peliphel is prepared, filling the room with the aroma of lamb.
